Key Responsibilities

This role is for a Senior Frontend Engineer to drive the development of responsive, high-performance web interfaces using React. You will own feature implementation end to end, from component architecture to production deployment, working with autonomy on a remote team distributed across LATAM. You will make architectural decisions and collaborate with backend engineers to design clean, maintainable systems. Your work directly shapes user experience for a highly precise tax preparation platform where speed, accuracy, and accessibility are critical. You will identify bottlenecks, refactor legacy code, and establish frontend best practices that raise the team's overall output quality.
