We invite you to explore our N1/L1 SUPPORT opportunity and experience this journey with us.Requirements: Technical degree or completed Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. 1 to 3 years of experience in Help Desk, Service Desk, N1/N1.5 technical support. Experience with operating systems: Linux, Windows, OS/400, and IBM iSeries. Basic knowledge of Legacy Platforms: AS/400, IBM iSeries, IBM, as well as Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.).
