Role Overview
The Mid-Senior SDR is responsible for driving top-of-funnel growth by identifying, engaging, qualifying, and nurturing prospective patients. As the first point of contact, you will build trust with potential clients and guide them through the initial stages of their decision-making process, working closely with the closing and care coordination teams to ensure a seamless journey.

Responsibilities
Lead Engagement: Connect with inbound and outbound leads via calls, SMS, email, and social channels.

Qualification: Assess prospects based on medical needs, budget, readiness, and alignment with services.

Education: Inform prospects about treatments, benefits of medical travel, safety protocols, and certifications.

Trust Building: Support clients navigating sensitive health or aesthetic decisions.

Consultation Scheduling: Book qualified consultations for the sales/medical coordination team.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate records and pipeline discipline.

Objection Handling: Address concerns about safety, travel logistics, and costs.

Performance: Meet and exceed KPIs (contact rate, qualification rate, show rate, booked consultations).

Provide feedback to marketing and sales on lead quality and messaging effectiveness.

Mentor junior SDRs (optional depending on seniority).

Requirements
3–5+ years of experience as SDR/BDR, Appointment Setter (high-ticket services), or sales roles in healthcare, medical tourism, aesthetics, or wellness.

Proven track record in outbound prospecting and consultative selling.

Experience working with U.S.-based clients.

Advanced English; Spanish fluency preferred.

Strong communication and empathy skills.

Ability to handle sensitive conversations with consultative selling.

Advanced objection handling and next-step closing skills.

High level of organization and pipeline management.

Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
