Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Asistente Contable. The Asistente Contable will perform daily accounting and financial tasks, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and maintaining accurate financial records. Other responsibilities include supporting tax filings, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.



Qualifications

Competency in general accounting tasks such as recording transactions, account reconciliations, and preparing financial reports
Familiarity with tax regulations and the ability to assist with tax filings and compliance
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial records
Experience assisting with audits and ensuring adherence to financial standards
Proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to accounting tasks
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing deadlines effectively
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a remote setting
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the consulting or professional services industry is a plus
