Import Order Management - Customer Maintenance Specialist

Core Job Responsibilities
1. Assist the Peru sales team in business docking, accurately record customer inquiry information, sort out and summarize customer core demands, and synchronize all relevant information with the China headquarters team.
2. Create and input sales orders accurately in the business system after customer order confirmation to ensure the integrity and accuracy of all order data.
3. Prepare standard sales contracts, follow up contract signing and return progress, verify product packaging and shipping mark details, and confirm all customs clearance documents to ensure compliant and smooth order execution.
4. Track customer payment status on a regular basis, send polite and standardized payment reminders timely, and update payment progress to the China office in real time to ensure smooth capital settlement.
5. Respond efficiently to customers’ daily inquiries regarding shipment, bill of lading, customs clearance documents and logistics progress, provide professional and timely answers, and maintain good customer cooperation experience.
6. Assist the sales team in local customer development, contact local enterprises by phone, screen accurate procurement contacts, explore potential purchasing intentions, and organize valid customer information and demands for synchronization with the China headquarters.
7. Maintain daily communication and good relationships with existing customers, respond to customer inquiries and demands promptly, conduct regular follow-ups to explore repurchase intentions, and improve customer stickiness and repurchase rate.
8. Provide comprehensive daily business support for the sales team and efficiently complete routine and temporary work arrangements assigned by the China office.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Técnico
